Doubts? Requests? The FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are available to help you get to know us better. Below you will find the answers to the questions that all our Holiday Homes have in common, for more specific questions refer to the similar FAQ page of each individual structure.   • What services are offered? Are there any additional charges?

   The houses are fully furnished and equipped and the rooms are air-conditioned and / or with variable speed ceiling fans. Window grates are installed and there is a secure wall safe. Furthermore, INTERNET Wi-Fi with FWA technology is at your disposal (Any disservices of the Operator are not attributable to the lessor) . You will have at your disposal the washing machine and dishwasher. Upon contact, you will be reserved for beach equipment (umbrella, beach etc ...) and for leisure, at no additional cost; moreover, you will no longer need to look for a dog / cat sitter or boarding houses for animals, in fact, after prior communication, your medium and small-sized four-legged friends are also welcome.  All this without any additional expense.
  In addition to providing unlimited Wi-Fi Internet with FWA technology to allow smart working or remote teaching and at the same time enjoy relaxation, on request and at the flat rate of  € 10.00 for the entire period of stay, a smart working station complete with multifunction laser printer, ups and any equipment you may need will be at your disposal (€ 150.00 deposit which will be returned in full at the end of the period holiday except for damage to the equipment provided).

  We do not require additional costs for water and gas, only the cost of electricity costs equal to the actual consumption is charged.  We are also open to meeting any type of your need (laundry service, cleaning service, car and motorbike rental, shuttle service, etc.), it will be sufficient to request with adequate notice and we will try to meet your needs and depending on the type. , we will let you know if there is any additional expense.

  • How do I know the availability and get a quote? What is the minimum rental period?

   You can contact us with one of the many methods proposed on the "Contacts" page. For practical reasons, it is preferable that you contact us by telephone at the addresses listed on the aforementioned page but in any case you will receive an answer even in the case of written contact.   

Generally for logistical reasons, the houses are rented for a minimum period of one week (from Saturday to Saturday). It often happens to be able to reconcile rentals in shorter periods, so in any case I invite you to submit your period of interest. Unless otherwise agreed (if feasible) check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.

  • In case of cancellation, are there penalties?

   No penalties and possibility of refunds or vouchers in case of cancellation due to Anti Covid-19 government restrictions.
  For different reasons and not related to the provisions of the law, cancellation involves the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking or alternatively the possibility of changing the  booking period using the deposit already paid.

  • Does the cost change according to the occupants?

   The cost does not change according to the occupants, but varies according to the duration and the month of lease.

  • Can i host my four-legged friend?

   There is no additional cost for your pet. For hygienic reasons, the pet's vaccination booklet is requested and it is suggested that you bring your own bowls and baskets, beds etc ... or if not possible, we can buy them and let you find them upon your arrival.

   It is simply required to respect the elementary rules of good behavior and civil coexistence.

  • What is the payment method?

   Payment is made either by bank transfer or cash (or submit your options to us). As a deposit, a lump sum of € 200.00 is required, which will be returned in full at the end of the holiday period except for damage to the property or furnishings. At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit equal to 20% of the agreed rent is required to be paid by bank transfer

  • Are there bed linen and towels available?

   Generally, holidaymakers provide bed linen and towels on their own but in case of need, we can provide what is necessary if necessary, upon prior notice and agreed upon the needs.

  • Who does the cleaning?

   Each house is delivered clean and it is appreciated that it is returned in the same way. During the holiday period, cleaning will be the responsibility of the occupants (everything necessary is already provided). If necessary, we can arrange to contact specialized personnel for periodic cleaning (daily or at desired intervals).

   For cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the lease, at the end of the stay, € 50.00 will be required

  • What is the CIS? What is your CIS?

In compliance with the regional directives, every non-hotel accommodation facility, including holiday homes, must request registration in the appropriate register to obtain the release of the CIS (Structure Identification Code) and consists of 19 alphanumeric characters.

This code must be reproduced on all written or printed or digital media used for the purpose of advertising, promotion or marketing of the accommodation offer.

The importance in requesting and verifying the CIS of the structure is in guaranteeing the regularity of the activity
